Who we are
Vumo is operated by JustDukkan LLC. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vumo.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for any events you host. Keep your magic-code email address private. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for honoring their commitments to guests.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, harassment, or hate speech.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or bulk download of platform data.
- No sending unsolicited marketing to guests obtained outside Vumo's flows.
- No charging for events without a connected Stripe account.
Payments
Ticket sales are processed by Stripe under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Vumo takes zero commission on paid events — you keep 100% minus Stripe's standard processing fee. Disputes and refunds are handled between the host and the guest.
Liability
Vumo is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes between hosts and guests, for cancelled events, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid to Vumo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days.
