The agreement, in plain language.

01Who we are

Vumo is a product of JustDukkan LLC, registered in Delaware. "We" means JustDukkan; "you" means whoever’s reading this — a host or a guest.

02The deal

You can use Vumo to host gatherings and sell tickets to them. We provide the page, the invitations, the payments, and the check-in. We charge a monthly subscription. We don’t take a cut of your ticket revenue.

03What you’re responsible for

You are responsible for delivering the gathering you describe. If you cancel, you refund your guests. If you change the date, you tell them.

You agree not to use Vumo for anything illegal where you are or where your guests are. Common-sense list: no gambling, no scams, no resold tickets.

04Refunds & cancellations

Guests can refund themselves up to 48 hours before the gathering. After that, it’s between you and them.

If you cancel a gathering, we refund every guest automatically. Stripe’s processing fee is non-refundable, by Stripe’s rule, not ours.

05Account closure

You can close your account any time from your profile. We delete your personal data within 30 days. Receipts and ticket records are kept for seven years as tax law requires.

06Liability

Vumo is a tool. We’re not a party to your gathering and we don’t insure it. If something goes wrong at the event, that’s between the host and the guests. We’re liable only for what we directly cause, up to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
