What we hold, and what we don't.

Last updated · 3 May 2026·Download PDF

01In short

We collect what we need to run a small, paid gathering and nothing more. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we’d rather store less than more.

02What we collect

From hosts: your name, email, profile photo, the events you create, and the messages you send your guests through Vumo.

From guests: name, email, and the events you RSVP’d to. Payment details are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.

03How we use it

To send you the ticket, to remind you about the gathering, to help the host run the list. That’s it. No newsletters you didn’t sign up for, no model training, no marketing emails from us.

We use minimal product analytics to understand what’s broken. They’re aggregated and anonymous.

04Who we share it with

Stripe (payments). Resend (transactional email). Postmark (calendar invites). That’s the entire list. We will publish any addition here before it happens.

05Your rights

You can export everything we hold on you, and you can ask us to delete it. Both take less than a working day.

06Where it lives

Servers in Frankfurt and Dublin. Backups encrypted at rest. Logs purged after 30 days.
