How do I create my first gathering?

Sign in, hit Create gathering, and start typing. The page edits itself — there is no separate form. Add a cover photo, set the date, decide if it’s free or paid, and publish when you’re ready.

Can I edit a gathering after publishing?

Yes. Anything except the price after a guest has paid. Guests who have already RSVP’d get notified of the change.

What does invite-only mean?

Only people you share the link with can see the page. We don’t list it anywhere and search engines can’t find it.

How do I get paid?

Connect your Stripe account from your profile. Money lands in your bank typically within two business days, in your local currency.

What are the fees?

Vumo takes nothing. Stripe charges its standard processing fee (around 2.9% + 30¢ in most countries). That’s it.

Refunds?

You set the refund window for each event — from no refunds, up to anytime before it starts. Within that window, guests refund themselves in one click; outside it, refunds are at your discretion.

Do guests need an account?

No — guests can RSVP with just an email. Free RSVPs get a calendar invite; paid tickets arrive as a QR boarding pass by email.
